From Maracaibo, Venezuela, also known as HornoCity, I have spent seventeen years working as a photographer and the last ten migrating and making a living wherever life has taken me.

Day by day, living on the edge, I am driven by a passion for discovering people’s stories, experimental rock, graphic design, the unusual situations I encounter in the streets, and a very dark sense of humor. That´s the vehicle that push me to wander through cities, observing and photographing the world around me.

Color by preference, while chaos and abstraction are essential elements of my work. I live by the philosophy: “This time only, and never again.” That idea is deeply reflected in my photographs.

In the streets, where everything is artificial and chaotic, I am constantly searching for beauty within chaos, as contradictory as that may sound. I am fascinated by the continuous interaction and conflict between human beings and the artificial environments they have created.

My photographs seek to capture unique, strange, and fleeting moments that often go unnoticed and disappear in the blink of an eye.
